IMOTA LASSA FEVER CASE: CORPSE FOUND TO HAVE BEEN BURIED AT OSUN STATE
Following the autopsy report of late (Mrs.) Sadugba Bolanle that was released by the director, Emergency Health Service (Primary Health Centre Board), Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), yesterday 1st of August, 2017.
According to the report, the cause of her death was suspected to be Lassa fever as Ayayo Gong initially reported.
Our correspondent gathered that the deceased body has already been took to Ilesha, Osun state for burial by her husband since Monday 31st of July, 2017.
Ayayo Gong learnt that the deceased was a resident of No. 48, Araromi street, Imota and was firstly admitted at Amazing Private Hospital, Imota before she was later transferred to LUTH.
It was also gathered that she was firstly treated for about a week at the hospital for miscarriage and after some negative reactions she was referred to LUTH.
She was reportedly to be having the following symptoms like: serious body pains, vomiting and stooling while she was at the private hospital.
The officers of Lagos State Neighborhood Security Corps and Imota Local Council Development Area has made tremendous efforts In contacting necessary government agencies for proper actions.
